About the service

NCLEXapro is an independent study bot operated by Siah through Siahverse. It is designed to deliver NCLEX practice questions to Discord study groups. It supports daily practice threads, private scored answers, and opt-in alerts; delivery and availability depend on hosting, permissions, and question supply.

Using NCLEXapro

Follow Discord’s terms, community guidelines, and your server’s rules. Server administrators choose whether to install the bot and which channel it can access. You may remove the bot or revoke its permissions at any time.

Practice scoring

Your first submitted answer is final for that question in the set, with no undo. Select-all-that-apply questions use exact-match grading without partial credit. Completing all ten questions produces a private practice score and missed-question list. Scores are study feedback and are not an official assessment or prediction of exam performance.

Educational content

Questions and explanations are study aids and may contain errors. Check information against current course materials and authoritative clinical references. Do not use the bot for patient-care decisions. Using it does not guarantee an NCLEX score, licensure, or course outcome.

Content and conduct

Only supply or share material you are authorized to use and distribute. Do not submit identifiable patient information, private student records, passwords, or tokens. Do not use the bot to harass people, send spam, or compromise assessment integrity.

Availability and changes

Features, content, schedules, or availability may change. The operator may suspend service to address errors, abuse, or hosting issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted operation. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

NCLEXapro is not an official college service and is not affiliated with NCSBN or a question-bank publisher.
