HELP & GUIDES
Make Siahverse work for you
Siahverse brings together nursing practice, short games, and everyday tools. Start with the activity you need. An installed app is a convenient way to open it; it is not a backup of your progress.

Study a topic
QBanco provides nursing question practice. Account approval is required for the question banks. Read the public QBanco study guide for test setup, response formats, and a review workflow before signing in.
After a short practice set, separate what you did not know from what you misread. For a missed instruction, note the exact word you overlooked. For an unfamiliar concept, return to your assigned course source before trying another question. Recognizing a familiar answer is different from understanding its explanation.
Take a game break
NurseDoku is a logic puzzle: place one RN in each row, column, and colored region, with no touching RNs, including diagonals. Use X marks to rule out squares.
NIGHT//SHIFT is a gravity-switching arcade game. Tap to change direction and collect 15 green call lights while avoiding obstacles. Code Blue is a squad arcade game with its own Help panel. Nurse Empire is an idle hospital-building game with hiring, upgrades, and save exports. These games are entertainment, not clinical simulations.
Add a game to your home screen
Open the specific game first so its own name and icon are installed. On iPhone or iPad, open the browser's Share menu and look for Add to Home Screen. If your browser does not offer it, open the same page in Safari. On Android Chrome, use the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen when offered. On desktop, look for the install icon in the address bar or the browser's app menu.
Keep the first visit online. Installation and offline readiness are separate: an icon can exist before all game files finish downloading. Nurse Empire shows its offline readiness in Settings. To check any game, finish the download, close it, disconnect, and reopen it before relying on it away from a connection. Account requests, leaderboards, external links, and online question downloads still need a network.
Keep progress safe
- Use the same browser profile. Different browsers, private windows, and devices can have separate local saves. Signing in does not mean every game syncs its progress.
- Export before moving or clearing data. Nurse Empire and Code Blue offer save-file tools. Keep the downloaded file outside the browser. Verify that it actually downloaded; a browser may block a download request.
- Keep one active game tab. A stale tab may reject a save to protect newer progress. Return to the tab with your latest play rather than repeatedly retrying the older one.
- Check before updating. If a game says it cannot save, export available progress before closing it or clearing storage. Reloading may abandon an unfinished arcade run even when permanent upgrades and records are safe.
Browser storage can be removed by device cleanup or storage pressure. Offline caching stores game files; it does not replace a save export. NurseDoku keeps one active puzzle, so confirm replacement only when you are ready to leave it. Its saved undo history is bounded.
Troubleshoot without losing a save
The app will not open offline
Reconnect and open the exact game URL. Let its files finish downloading, then test an offline reopen. A home-screen shortcut alone does not prove offline readiness. Use the installed start page rather than an old bookmark to an individual file.
My progress looks different
Check the address, browser profile, private-browsing mode, and other open tabs first. Keep the newest tab open. Do not clear site data as a first step: it can remove the local save you are trying to recover. If you have an export, keep a separate copy before importing it.
The game cannot save
Keep the game open and try its export tool. Check available device storage and browser permissions. Avoid clearing storage or accepting a reload until recoverable progress is backed up. If you are using a private window, move to normal browsing only after exporting what you can.
A practice question looks wrong
Use Report this question on the item. Include the question identifier and the missing or inconsistent detail. Check your assigned source before learning from it. Do not include passwords, private patient information, or a whole exported save in a public report.
For account help, email [email protected]. For a network problem, check service status. When reporting a broken control, include the app, browser/device, and the steps that led to it.
